SOLD. Stoneware with Flashing Slip, Wood fired, cone 12. OEA2. Eric Ordway was raised in the corn and soybean fields of central Missouri where he was first exposed to pottery at a local community college. Eric received his BFA in 2013 from Colorado State University-Pueblo. He then went on to a yearlong residency at the Morean Center for Clay, where he also taught high school ceramics and fell in love with teaching and making. In 2019, Eric earned his MFA from the University of Missouri, where he currently works as the fine arts technician. He was recently selected as a 2023 Ceramics Monthly Emerging Artist.
