Artist's Bio
Conner Burns is a studio artist in Natchez, Mississippi. It was not the theatre or museums he visited during his youth - but the art that filled his childhood home - that produced his feeling that ‘art is part of life rather than simply entertainment’. The natural environment and art festivals with his father (clay) and his mother (fiber) during his youth influenced his future and his art. Through graduate school, corporate, teaching studios, art festivals, workshops, etc … Conner now retreats to his studio to create art in the quiet, tranquil world that he has carefully created.
