Spring hath come at last! What better to celebrate the coming of budding blossoms than with the creation of unique homes for our flourishing plants! In this10-week hand-building class we will tailor our creations to the needs of our individual (bring-your-own) plants with custom designed features, forms and functions. We will engineer our nurturing vessels to fit within their chosen spaces, indoor or outdoor, and challenge ourselves to explore the relationship between the plant and the planter. Demonstrations will emphasize elements of formal composition, surface design and glaze testing in the early design stages Course fee includes 25# clay and bisque, glaze firing fees are additional. Class size will remain at reduced capacity for increased social distancing, masks indoors remain mandatory. Proof of vaccination required prior to 1st class.
