In this 8-week hand-building class we will explore the process of constructing containers with purposeful design.  Working with sketchbooks, paper mockups and maquettes, we will learn to intentionally construct and problem solve the mysteries of ceramic containers.  Demonstrations will emphasize elements of formal composition, surface design and glaze testing in the early design stages. Course fee includes 25# clay and bisque, glaze firing fees are additional. . Class size will remain at reduced capacity for increased social distancing, masks indoors remain mandatory. Proof of vaccination required prior to 1^st class.
